“Great food and a lovely experience”
Teach Ui Bhriain has had a total facelift and is now renamed as Nualas Bar and Restaurant. The whole place looks great and the new look is definitely an improvement. Visited here with a group of female friends for dinner and it was a great evening. Food was wonderful and service excellent. The new layout of the restaurant works very well. Will definitely be back again.

“The pleasure of relaxation and good food”
A new facade followed by a lightened interior can not detract from the warm welcome and the good home grown food prepared fresh to order. The menu is wide and varied. The specials board always tempts. We’ve eaten here 6 times now in the last 2months and have as yet to experience a bad meal. The plates are warmed and plentiful with tasty food who’s ingredients are all locally sourced. The beer and wines are just as good so for a night out with decent food and drink at a sensible price give this place a whirl you will not be disappointed. Why not finish off with an impressive Irish coffee ( if you dare !! )
“Fantastic food and great service”
We were heading to a restaurant in Killaloe when we made a decision to stop here instead and we were soo glad we did. The food and the service were second to none. Having been travelling around the heart of Ireland for the best part of a week this was easily the best meal I had eaten. The staff couldn’t have been any more friendly or accommodating of the small child we had in tow. I would highly recommend a visit here.
